Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
Built From Experience Press sells digital products, books, workbooks, guides, planning tools, and selected physical products.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been delivered or access has been provided.
If you experience a problem with your purchase, including:
• A damaged or unreadable file
• An incorrect file
• A duplicate charge
• A download link that does not work
• A technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase
please contact us at builtfromexperiencepress@gmail.com and we will work to correct the issue. If we are unable to provide the product you purchased, an appropriate refund may be issued.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Some physical products sold by Built From Experience Press may be printed or produced specifically after an order is placed.
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at builtfromexperiencepress@gmail.com with your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the item.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Because certain products are produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size or format selections, or change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated on the product page.
AMAZON PURCHASES
Kindle editions, paperback books, softcover books, and other products purchased through Amazon are sold and fulfilled by Amazon and are subject to Amazon's applicable return and refund policies.
CANCELLATIONS
Digital orders cannot normally be cancelled after delivery has occurred.
Physical orders may only be cancelled if production or fulfillment has not yet begun. Contact us immediately if you need assistance with an order.
