DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

After completing your purchase, your digital file or download instructions will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order.

If you do not receive your download or have difficulty accessing your purchase, contact us at builtfromexperiencepress@gmail.com.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products purchased directly from Built From Experience Press may require production and processing before shipment.

Estimated shipping costs and delivery information will be shown during checkout when available. Delivery times may vary based on product type, destination, production schedules, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

AMAZON PRODUCTS

Books, Kindle editions, and other products purchased through Amazon are processed, sold, shipped, and/or delivered by Amazon. Amazon's shipping and delivery policies apply to those purchases.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges that may apply to an international shipment unless otherwise stated at checkout.
